Privacy Policy
Draft policy for review. The platform operator’s legal identity, applicable jurisdiction and privacy contact must be confirmed before these policies are final.
Information collected
We process the username, name, email and any optional profile information you provide; account identifiers and roles; referral relationships; balances, deposits, withdrawals and trade records; wallet addresses and transaction hashes; and messages sent to administrators. Network IP addresses and approximate country, region and city may be recorded when available from trusted deployment metadata.
Purpose
Information supports account access, payment verification, trading records, referral and rebate calculations, customer support, fraud prevention and duplicate-payment protection. Approximate network locations are not precise GPS locations.
Access and service providers
Authorised administrators may view member accounts, payment records, messages, IP addresses and approximate network locations. Ordinary members cannot access other members’ private network details. Hosting, account-access and blockchain service providers process information required to operate the service. Blockchain transactions and addresses are publicly visible and cannot be erased from the blockchain.
Security and retention
Access controls and protected server-side payment checks help safeguard information, but no system guarantees absolute security. Records should be retained only as necessary for service operation, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. Specific retention periods and legal processing grounds require confirmation by the operator.
Browser storage
The service uses browser storage for account sessions and notification-read state. Removing necessary session storage may sign you out. This policy does not claim that optional analytics or advertising cookies are used.
Your requests
Use My Account → Ask Admin to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or ask about your rights. Rights and retention exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send passwords, recovery phrases or private keys in support messages. A dedicated privacy contact and the responsible operator’s identity must be provided before this policy is final.
